Qatar: Opec has said French oil major Total is looking to re-develop Qatar's offshore Al Khalij oil field in a bid to stabilise and boost its recovery rate, Gulf Times has reported. Total recently negotiated a 25-year extension to its licence to operate the field. The deal was due to expire in 2014.
