Houston-based Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc. (NYSE: KRA) has teamed up to build a plant in Taiwan. Kraton has formed a joint venture with fellow manufacturer Formosa Petrochemical Corp. The plant should cost between $165 million and $200 million and will be open for business in the third or fourth quarter of 2013. The plant will make hydrogenated styrenic block
