U.S., France Criticize Iranian Nuclear Enrichment Plans

TEHRAN -- Iran informed the International Atomic Energy Agency on Monday that it will start producing higher-grade enriched uranium, prompting the United States and France to call for tougher U.N. sanctions against the country.
