Speaking at the opening of the days of trans-border cooperation between Russia and Norway in the Russian city of Nikel, First Deputy Murmansk Governor Alexei Tyukavin told journalists that a delay in the development of the Shtokman natural gas deposit will not affect business relations between the Murmansk Region and Norway.
