PORT-AU-PRINCE - Tropical Storm Isaac weakened slightly as it dumped heavy rain on Haiti early on Saturday but was expected to strengthen as it moved into the Gulf of Mexico, and a hurricane warning was extended from the Florida Keys to part of Florida's southwest coast.
