United Arab Emirates: The International Professionals in Energy Conference (IPEC), organised by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), will be held under the patronage of H.E. Hani A. Hussain, Minister of Oil and Chairman of the Board at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. The conference will take place from 25-26 September 2012 at the Hilton Kuwait Resort with the theme Empowering Women's Leadership.
