Lebanon: As part of its expansion plan and in order to cope with the rapid growth of its activities, Lebanese organic food leader Biomass Holding SAL (which fully owns both Biomass SAL and Biomass Dairy Products SAL) has completed a capital increase by which French holding company, Unibel S.A., has acquired a strategic minority stake.
