BAGHDAD - Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has sent a letter to U.S. President Barack Obama asking him to intervene to stop oil major Exxon Mobil from moving ahead with a deal with the country's autonomous Kurdistan region, an aide to Maliki said on Tuesday.
