President Barack Obama visits a wind energy manufacturer Thursday in Newton, Iowa, in his ongoing effort to get Congress to act on his "To Do List," which includes a clean-energy provision.Obama also has campaign stops scheduled in Des Moines and Palo Alto, Calif.
