With just five days to go before Plymouth residents will vote on a non-binding referendum asking for a freeze of the relicensing process for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, and a month from the expiration of its original, 40-year license, another prominent politician has come out in favor of at least putting a chill on that regulatory process.
