Changzhou Trina Solar Energy Co. Ltd. must pay 4.73 percent to make up for subsidies received from China's government, the Commerce Department said. It told all other Chinese solar cell producers and exporters to pay 3.61 percent, except for Wuxi Suntech Power Co. Ltd., the world's largest solar-panel maker, which must pay a 2.9 percent tariff.
