As if more ammunition were needed to shoot holes through the idea of increasing Virginia's reliance on nuclear energy, Dominion VA Power reported on Tuesday that the source of a radioactive leak at its North Anna nuclear power plant was being sought after an increased level of tritium was detected in groundwater.
