Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. today announced that Alliance Coal, LLC , its wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a definitive agreement with Green River Collieries, LLC to acquire substantially all of its coal-related assets located in Webster and Hopkins Counties, Kentucky.
