Michael Reger, the 35-year-old CEO of Northern Oil & Gas, was named by Forbes magazine as one of "America's Most Powerful CEOs 40 and Under." Forbes ranked Reger as No. 13 on the list, which was led by Larry Page of Google and Andrew Mason of Groupon. Reger co-founded Wayzata-based Northern (AMEX: NOG) in 2006 and took over as CEO and chairman of the board in March 2007.
