Occidental Management Inc. has signed a lease with Paul Mitchell for the last empty space at its BelPointe shopping center at 37th Street North and Woodlawn. PM Professional Tools The Source is leasing the 1,400-square-foot space, reports Chad Stafford, president of Occidental Management Inc., which owns the center.
