BP (NYSE: BP), Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG) and Halliburton Co. (NYSE: HAL) could be issued additional violations for the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill within the coming weeks. Politico reports that U.S. Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement Director Michael Bromwich said the companies involved with the spill could be issued violation notices that deal with the drilling of the well. The companies received a total of 15 previous violations for the oil spill. When the BSEE issues the violations, the companies will have 60 days to appeal them...
